When it comes to a smart TV, most specs probably rank above input lag for the average shopper. 4K is taken for granted, but next up are size, HDR support, available ports, and refresh rate. I'd argue that the last of those is deeply underrated -- it can make all the difference when it comes to smooth motion in movies and PC/console gaming.
