The handheld gaming PC space is in an interesting place. On the one hand, the devices themselves are hitting their stride, what with refined ergonomics, powerful and energy-efficient internals, and better-than-ever software implementations. On the other hand, owing at least in part to the AI-fueled RAM memory shortage, prices for handhelds are palpably expensive, adding to the barrier of entry.
