By default, Android Auto offers a rather limited weather forecasting experience. A weather app does appear on the home screen, but it works as a shortcut to Gemini, functioning as if you had asked the AI chatbot what the current weather is when tapped. This is fine enough for basic purposes, but it does leave something to be desired.
