Many tech executives seem to be slow to react to faults that everyone else can see. Microsoft's C-suite, for instance, took far too long to dial back its aggressive use of Copilot in every aspect of Windows 11, and arguably, it's still not doing enough. As for Amazon, it was only earlier this year that the company began rolling out an overhaul of Fire OS -- despite performance problems being a complaint for years, including by yours truly.
