PowerToys, an application developed by Microsoft that has been around since the 1990s, but was brought back to life for Windows 10 and 11, is one of the company's best-kept secrets. Few users know of its existence, yet it's one of the best ways to improve your Windows 10 or 11 experience. It's shocking to me that -- at this point -- PowerToys isn't just built-in to the operating system.
