If you weren't lucky enough to be on the list for the first couple of batches of Steam Decks, then you'll be pleased to learn that Valve is now shipping more consoles.
The company has taken to Twitter to announce that it has sent the final batch of quarter two emails and people in that second batch should now be able to get their console.
From 30 June, Valve is also planning to start sending out emails about Q3 reservations. Production of the Steam Deck has also ramped up recently and now more than double the previous amount are being crafted and sent out.
Hello! Some great news on the production front. We just sent the last batch of Q2 emails, and we’ll start sending Q3 reservation emails on the 30th.

Production has picked up, and after today we'll be shipping more than double the number of Steam Decks every week! pic.twitter.com/kAHE0zRrV7
To make things clearer, the company has also updated the official Steam Deck product page so people can see when you're likely to get your Steam Deck if you order or when your pre-order will likely be available. If you've already pre-ordered your Steam Deck then you can check that page while logged in to get a rough idea of when you can expect it.
The page includes a note (in brackets) on the earliest possible month you could get an email about your reservation and the chance to pay for your console.
The good news is things have changed a lot since the Steam Deck first launched. There have been a number of improvements made to the handheld console, including an increased number of compatible games. We've seen our verified library increase in pleasing ways but other updates are also making the Steam Deck even more appealing:
Over the last few months, the team has been steadily working through our to-do list, listening to feedback, and implementing new features. Here’s a quick overview of all the stuff we’ve shipped (since our last video) – in another video! pic.twitter.com/1NddX4c1wI
