Samsung is at Unpacked 2019 announcing its latest Galaxy devices, and that includes the Galaxy Fold, its much-hyped foldable phone.
Samsung originally teased its foldable phone last November. Now, it's giving us a better glimpse at the incoming device with more details about what we can expect. First, Samsung’s foldable has an official name: the Samsung Galaxy Fold. Second, it's using a new 7.3-inch Infinity Flex Display so that the device can have either a tablet-sized screen when expanded or a phone-sized screen once folded.
The third, likely most important, tidbit is that you can buy the phone soon! That is, if you're Jeff Bezos or some other rich person who can somehow spare $1,980 when the phone launches on 26 April. That's right. It costs nearly $2,000 in the US. UK pricing is yet to be confirmed.
